Coto Community for Hope has contracted the services of a banking partner to process credit card donations submitted online. Our banking partner's secured server encrypts your credit card information so that it may be safely transmitted over the Web. We do not store your credit card information for any purposes.
Coto Community for Hope does not knowingly solicit data from children and does not knowingly market to children.
Coto Community for Hope is committed to respecting the privacy of online visitors and pledges its best efforts to that end. In general, you can visit www.cotoforhope.org without telling us who you are or revealing anything about yourself.
Our Web server automatically recognizes each visitor's domain name, but does not automatically collect personally identifiable information. However, when you make a donation or register for an event, we will collect necessary information. If you choose to provide personally identifiable data, you may receive future information from us--by mail or electronically--advising you of upcoming events, volunteer and support opportunities. If you no longer wish to be contacted with such information, please let us know by writing or sending an e-mail to questions@cotoforhope.org.
Your contributions are put to work quickly. Therefore, we do not issue refunds. If you have any questions about auction items which you have purchased, please feel free to contact us at questions@cotoforhope.org. We will be happy to assist you.
